One Monthly Property Inspection
Once a month, we visit your property and check its general condition, including visible signs of leaks, humidity, damage, electricity or security issues.
Photo Inspection Report
After each inspection, you receive photographs and a short written update so you can see the current condition of your property.
Parcel Collection
We can receive or collect agreed deliveries and parcels related to your property.
Important
Cleaning, repairs, gardening, pool maintenance and emergency call-outs are not included and will be quoted separately.
