Costa Blanca Villa Services provides professional villa management and property care services throughout the Costa Blanca.
Monthly Plans
Our monthly plans include only the services listed within each package.
Additional services are quoted separately.
Payment
Monthly fees are payable in advance.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice.
Liability
Costa Blanca Villa Services is not responsible for:
- Natural disasters
- Weather damage
- Theft or vandalism
- Delays caused by third-party contractors
- Force majeure events
Property Access
The client authorises Costa Blanca Villa Services to access the property for inspections, maintenance visits and emergencies.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
